Loud and Clear

Think of something interesting to write. It could be funny, emotional, deep, shocking or it could be frivolous. But it’s important for it to be interesting. This is what happens when you ask me to just write.

Listen to it but don’t let it weigh you down. The inner voice is raw, emotional and sometimes unexplainable. It’s up to the rest-of-you to discipline it. When rest-of-you is not at constant war with it, when rest-of-you has not subdued the Inner Voice and Inner Voice has not subdued the rest-of-you, that’s true internal alignment! You can do wonders now.

There was a long wait at the medical offices when I took my son. My son was a bit nervous about having his blood drawn but then found that it wasn’t as scary. It did hurt a little but after the customary hold, he even ripped the bandaid off.

I am beginning to explore where I should put up a user guide for OKhuman. One suggestion is Notion. At first glance, they themselves don’t tout that as a common use case. Notion most often seems to be for company internal documentation. But more explorations are needed.

Another first, I’ve become more active on public social media after a very long time. I’ve also been solving Geometry problems recently to correct Math test papers.

It would be nice if this all worked on the first try, as my endurance is low this late at night. Regardless, it will be wrestled to the ground.

It would be fantastic if our badging solution works without needing an administrator to make any changes to the wordpress configuration. If badging works for this, it would be simpler to integrate for a publisher.

The family and I are going peeping this weekend. There’s not a lot of that here in California but I discovered this beautiful valley north of Yosemite called Hope Valley where there are lots of Aspen Groves.

We are staying at the Desolation Hotel at 10000 feet.

My breakfast this morning is just coffee. But that’s every morning. I have never been a breakfast person.

But I still won’t eat breakfast.

I know I should eat breakfast, and many doctors have recommended it to me, but coffee just satisfies. I don’t want something in my stomach at this hour. Sorry, health professionals.

A few months ago, I visited Carson Pass with my family. This was a destination that I’ve had in mind for many years. I discovered this location when I did this drive from Lake Tahoe to Yosemite in an RV. It was quite a surprise back then given how scenic it was. Snow capped peaks, waterfalls, lakes, beautiful groves along the way. This area is often overlooked given it right in between two very famous destinations.

We did a few hikes – Shoolin did an 8 mile hike. We walked through a burnt Aspen grove – surreal. We kayaked on a lake crossed over to the other side where there was snow. We did some really interesting rock climbing. We climbed waterfall cascades.
